Masterpiece Arms makes one that fits my needs, but that's in the low $3k area, a little out of my range. I have heard good things about them though. The Browning HC LR comes in at 7.5# and sports a 1:8 barrel vs. the Mesa (not LR) is 7.3# and 1:10 twist.
