I am looking to book one night in SF and trying to decide between the Marriott Marquis or The Clancy, both south of Market. Using points and hoping to get an upgrade to suite. Marquis is 1000+ rooms and the Clancy is a renovated Courtyard with 400+ rooms. Anyone have personal experience staying at both of these hotels?.
